Working at Kinguin is quite unusual because it’s like working in a candy store. You deal with games, you talk about games, and you’re actually expected to play games. So here, everyone is a gamer – but our tastes differ. See the games we consider to be some of the all-time best.
Click a game’s title to check out deals on Kinguin. Also, take a look at part 1 and part 2 of this Top 5 series.

Why? Because Triss Merigold.
2. Superhot VR
If you’re wondering should you buy Oculus Rift or not, this single game is a good enough reason. Ever wanted to take part in one of those awesome slow-mo scenes with bullets flying all around you and you just cut them all with a knife? Then it’s a game for you.
As long as you have some friends to play with, it’ll be a blast. I’ll never forget our first hunt.
4. Factorio
8:00 PM – I’ll just fix this one inserter and go to sleep.
5:30 AM – crap, I should get to work real soon…
5. No Man’s Sky
I didn’t know what was promised and had a blast for 80 hours. Furthermore, with the newest update it even has multiplayer. Great game, terrible marketing.

1. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Well, what can I say? It’s the best in the series, amazing big open world… What can’t you do there? Great time spent in the game.
2. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare
Not the most popular game, but I loved the single player mode and the most amazing sniper mission. 😀
3. RollCage
An oldie… But one of the best racing games I’ve played! Destruction, dirty moves to take the first place, seeing your friends getting from the first to the last place… What a feeling! 😀
2B, ok? Isn’t that enough? Other than that: amazing design of the game, really long story, a bit freaky world which I loved (along with the OST).
You can hunt monsters, you have an amazing sidekick called Palico (and it’s funny as well xD), you have a variety of weapons and the world / universe of the game is really something.

1. Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura
The developer Troika worked on the initial Fallout and a little less known title, but still appreciated by cRPG players – Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines. I’m quite sentimental about this game as it was one of my first RPGs. It has a really good vibe – steampunk – check, magic – check, great story – check.
Good story, good mechanics, space.
3. Heroes of Might and Magic 3 Complete + HoTA and other mods
Evergreen strategy and co-op. I’ve been coming back to this game every few years since I was maybe 9- 10 y.o.
Spent more time on it daily when I was at Tech Uni than I would like to admit.
5. Uncharted 2: Among Thieves / Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception
It’s a shame it’s a PSN exclusive. It has a good feel to it, something like a baby of Tomb Raider and Indiana Jones. Quite cinematic at times but the fights are usually very similar one to another.

My all-time favourite! Mostly for the lore which is being expanded on regular basis with great expansions. The RPG element, unfortunately fading, but mixed in perfect proportions with the MMO aspect keeps me with the game strongly. I like moments when a perfect character name comes to my mind and shortly after I see the max level char on my account, including class, spec, gear and how it’ll look like. 😉
2. Diablo II
[*nostalgia intensifies*] The game I played for over 10 000 hours for sure. I like the locations and their incredible feeling thanks to music and design (surprisingly a huge variety of them in such a simple game). Perfectly designed loot system, life-blooming servers (at their time) and clear economy kept me in front of my PC. Although, which I mentiond earlier, the game was not that complicated, it provided a really good story. As a person really engaged to the game I appreciated the community. And of course hardcore mode, which spices your D2 experience when you become bored with the game.
[*nostalgia intensifies*] The number one classic RPG: story, characters, D&D system, isometric graphics engine at its best. It all combined in the most incredible gaming experience. To be honest I haven’t played the game for years but I clearly remember my state of mind when I finished it for the first time. Do you know the feeling when you finished the gratest book of your life, you close it, put it on a shelf and you do not know what to do with your life? Yes? It was exactly what I felt when finished BG2 for the first time.
Creative world, engaging storyline, funny NPCs and sense of humor in general. Of course I cannot forget about the addictive loot system and great coop.
5. Hero Siege
A simple game that can help you relax after a hard day, you simply take these 5 or 7 pixels called “your axe” and go to destroy tons of enemies. A great tribute to the Diablo series with much simpler graphics, basically no story or well-recognized characters, but that’s not what this game is about. It’s a slasher, an hour of pure joy of destruction and loot. The game is being developed on a regular basis, new DLCs provide new locations so there is new stuff to smash regularly. Maybe not in my “top 5” to be honest, but currently it’s the title I like to weave between hours spent in Azeroth the most.

1. Path of Exile
Very dynamic online hack ‘n’ slash with thunders of possibilities to build your character. Killing thousands of monsters after a day at work – that’s what I need, and PoE is perfect for this.
2. Borderlands 2
Awesome story, great gameplay and of course Claptrap. Every character in this game makes it a very unique experience you can enjoy for many hours and many times while still having fun.
3. Dota 2
As a fan of online games, Dota 2 is a must here. Complexity of this game is just something that makes me wanna play even more, tree juking ftw!
Perfect story, decisions you make having very huge impact on the story through all three parts of the game. In addition it’s quite a challenging game on a higher difficulty level, and that’s what I like. 🙂
5. Tyranny
Because you can be a decision making Villian killing everyone and everything, claiming everything for yourself! 😛
